What a Text Based Custom Logo is: 

A Image Based Custom Logo Design includes TEXT & IMAGE ONLY. Meaning graphics/images/silhouettes. (See example images). It does include a full color illustration or mascot/character with full facial and/or body features. Please message me on Instagram @theplugpalace__ (two underscores) for pricing as well as constructive criticism or ALL other help. 

File types you will receive: 

Vector & raster files in .eps, .pdf, .jpg on black and white background as well as .png (watermark image w/ transparent background). 

About the Designs:  

• 2 concepts to chose from 
• 2 revisions (chances to change the concept of your choice. Revisions are made before finals are sent). 
  
  

If additional concepts are needed, there will be a $15 art fee. 

Turnaround time: 

Exact turn around time depends on how many orders are in front of yours at the time ordering. We aim to have logo designs completed within a 6 to 10 day time frame, but, again, that depends on how many are infront of yours! We do accept rush orders with an additional $25 rush fee. PLEASE EMAIL OR DM US BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DATE THAT YOU NEED THE LOGO COMPLETED BY!

Refund policy: 

Due to the amount of time put into each and every order, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on orders for any reason, after your order has been placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to read all policies and guidelines before ordering and to contact us first if you have any questions regarding this.
